A pre-Cinco de Mayo Celebration Cooking Class with Quality Trust. Join us for the Quality Trust LIVE virtual cooking class experience! For this class, you will join Chef Millie for a live virtual cooking class (hosted via Zoom), which includes about 60-90 minutes of instruction. Your menu includes everything you will need to cook your perfect meal at home! Chef Millie is the founder and owner of La Postre Corporation in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She studied Culinary Arts in Puerto Rico and Spain. Also, she headed the academic programs for Ana G. Mendez Culinary Arts department for 4 years in Washington DC, and has earned awards for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Excellence and the Center for the Advancement of Foodservice Education. Her passion for cooking started at an early age and her energy and charismatic personality have made her a community leader in DC and San Juan.
