Learn about the structure of support services available in Maryland to help people live in a place of their own, prepare for the workforce, acquire new skills, engage in community-based activities, work, socialize, and improve their well-being. This session will cover service delivery options (traditional and self-directed), as well as the steps required for becoming a self-directed participant. We will also touch on the roles and responsibilities of each individual and organization that make up the person-centered support team.
