We are better together - and better when we honor, celebrate and build community with people with developmental disabilities!
Join Quality Trust on March 30th as we celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. Quality Trust’s annual “Better Together” reception is an opportunity for our community to come together to celebrate the work we have done over this past year with and for children and adults with developmental disabilities. We believe that our community is richer and more vibrant when our neighbors, co-workers, family members and friends with disabilities are fully included. We are indeed BETTER TOGETHER! We have seen that with support and advocacy people with developmental disabilities can accomplish amazing things!
Each March we mark Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. It is a time to educate, increase awareness and ensure that the voices and needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are respected and heard.
At Quality Trust, we believe it should also be a time to celebrate the accomplishments of people and organizations in the Washington-Metro disability community.
